Since founding in 2000 as a strictly technology focused company, Beologic is solely orientated in Wood Plastic Polymers. This is a unique position in the WPC environment.

Composites in general

Wood Polymer Composites are a wide field of research and development. It is still a popular fallacy that it is just waste wood and a kind of polymer mixed together and pressed through an extrusion die or into the cavity of an injection mould. State-of-the-art WPC compounds are far away from that. They contain lots of know-how in wood conditioning, treatment and stabilizing of polymers as well as knowledge about inserting additives and about processing. Beologic is spending main part of its endeavour to continuously bringing forward formulations.

Quality

Beologic granules are awarded with several quality labels. Right now Beologic is the only supplier holding both the FSC and PEFC label in the Wood Polymer Composite environment. So our sustainable ready-to-use granules can lead our customers to a sustainable future. Our materials, as well as our profile and tool systems, passed the VHI tests for the 'German Gütesiegel' with excellence. Because we are in close contact with the European standard societies, it is assured that Beologic will be one of the spearheads of quality and progress in wood polymers.

Development

Beologic understands itself as a technology leader and a support focused company. We are now in the position to provide rheological data of our standard materials. For Beologic standard formulations rheological datasheets are available. The flow curves are optimized to fit the major simulation programs. For customized formulations flow curves can be determined. For institutes or advanced users an optimized online rheometer is available.

Recycling

All Beologic materials can be 100% recycled several times. For our customers Beologic right now established a reception point for recycling WPC. Therefore the Beologic article number for granules follows existing recycling codes. We accept extruded Beologic profiles milled or in full lengths.
