WPC extrusion tools
The Beologic tool systems are representing the state of art in WPC tooling. They consist of modular sets of die, pre-calibration and cooling tank.We completely build the die and other form giving parts from stainless steel or other non corrosive materials.
The WPC typical pre calibration is integrated part of the die.
Beologic extrusion tools are optimized for Beologic ‘ready to use’ WPC compounds or custom compounds made by using Beologic ‘ready to mix’ polymer one packs. Due to the modular layout they will work also with a range of well developed WPC formulations obviously on lower performance and quality level.
